In around ten days, a thorough economic program will be proposed to overcome the crisis, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced last night. "We are preparing a serious package of economic measures. We will allocate a significant amount of money," Vučić announced, adding that it would be aimed at strengthening the private sector, primarily tourism, services, entrepreneurship, agriculture, that is, all sectors that have been affected the most. The media published different reports this morning regarding the amount of money to be provided for these purposes. Last night, Vucic did not specify whether the currency would be RSD or EUR when stating that between 2.5 bn and 4.5 bn would be set aside. The president also says that support will be provided to all those who do not dismiss employees during the crisis, and only such employers can count on that.
