Owing to the Youth Employment Promotion project carried out by the German Agency for International Cooperation, in last four years 12,360 young people acquired skills in career management necessary in the labour market, 1,360 of them got employment and safer future. More than EUR 10 million was invested in the overall project, and the money was used for research, pre-qualifications, work with young people, approving grants in order for them to excel in agriculture and launching their own business, equipment procurement etc. German Ambassador to Serbia Thomas Schieb pointed to the significance of activities implemented for employment and young people's stay in the countryside.
